Propagandist margarita simonyan made such a statement in an interview with Swiss journalist Roger Köppel. In reality, Roger Köppel is the editor-in-chief of the Swiss conservative magazine Die Weltwoche, which, following the start of the full-scale invasion, has repeatedly provided an information platform for russian officials and propagandists to spread kremlin narratives.

simonyan's claim that russia "has not touched Europe" is an outright manipulation. It was russia that launched a full-scale war against Ukraine in 2022 (after annexing part of its territory in 2014 and violating the Minsk agreements) — a sovereign European state — and every year carries out cyberattacks, sabotage, information operations, election interference, GPS jamming, airspace violations of NATO countries, and the organization of acts of sabotage against European countries. Such statements are another attempt to shift responsibility for russian aggression onto Ukraine and its European allies.

Belarus is increasingly viewed as a potential element in expanding russian aggression against Ukraine and the West. According to the publication, early in the year, Moscow stepped up pressure on Minsk in an attempt to integrate Belarus deeper into its military system. This involves using its territory as a possible staging ground for expanding the war against Ukraine or conducting provocative operations against NATO countries. 
russia is already using Belarusian infrastructure to support its operations: in particular, ground control stations for drones that help adjust strikes on Ukraine. Around 2,000 russian military personnel are also located in Belarus, and russian tactical nuclear weapons are deployed on its territory. According to WSJ's sources, there are currently no signs of an imminent operation from the territory of Belarus; however, such a scenario is considered by the kremlin as one of the possible options for further escalation.

At the end of April, the Consulate General of Ukraine in Wrocław warned of a planned provocation. On that day, a demonstration against corruption in Ukraine took place in the city, positioned as an initiative of the Ukrainian community. The organizer — the newly created association "WSPÓLNA DROGA-UKRAINA I PRZYJACIELE," registered just 10 days prior—denies any payments and speaks of an attempt at discreditation. At the same time, an organization with no history immediately held a large-scale event with signs of external interference. 
Interactions with participants only reinforced doubts: most participants could not explain the purpose of the rally beyond the general word "corruption." Some people came from other cities, and some asked not to film their faces.  
Following the publications, testimonies emerged regarding recruitment via Telegram, organized bus transportation, and potential cash payments after the rally. This may indicate an attempt to artificially create a "crowd" for the desired information effect. 
France Blocked 35 russian Media Outlets.
The French regulator for audiovisual and digital communication, ARCOM, announced the blocking of access to 35 websites of russian media, TV, and radio stations via streaming platforms in accordance with EU sanctions. ARCOM appealed to Internet service providers, domain name registrars, and search engines demanding that they block these sites and remove them from search results. The regulator also initiated the blocking of pages of four streaming platforms providing access to sanctioned russian TV channels and radio stations. As a reminder, 99% of russian media (state and private) are controlled by special services.

russian media are circulating a statement by russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasiliy Nebenzia, claiming that "almost all of Europe, together with the Third Reich," took part in the attack on the Soviet Union. "Practically all of Europe came to visit us under Hitler's flags. Who didn't fight against us," kremlin media quote the diplomat.
In reality, this is yet another fake voiced by a representative of the putin regime. Germany's formal allies in the war (World War II) against the USSR were Romania, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, and Croatia (i.e., only 6 states). The vast majority of European countries were occupied by the Nazis prior to June 1941 and had neither governments capable of "declaring war" on the USSR nor their own armies. At the same time, Great Britain had already been at war with Germany for nearly two years and became moscow's ally in July 1941, while Poles, the French, Czechs, and other Europeans fought against Hitler—including on the Soviet-German front. The largest academic study on this topic—a book by the former scientific director of the Center for Military History and Social Sciences of the Bundeswehr, Rolf-Dieter Müller, titled The Unknown Eastern Front: The Wehrmacht and Hitler’s Foreign Soldiers—demonstrates in detail that foreign contingents on the Eastern Front were heterogeneous, often poorly armed, and subordinated to Berlin's interests rather than a "pan-European campaign" of equal partners.
It is important to note that most of Europe was a victim of the Reich, not its ally. Columbia University historian Mark Mazower, in his work Hitler’s Empire: Nazi Rule in Occupied Europe, characterizes Nazi rule in Europe as a brutal colonial empire built on terror, plunder, and mass murder—occupied peoples were targets of exploitation, not voluntary participants in Hitler's war. Equating an occupied country with an aggressor's ally distorts basic concepts: by that logic, the USSR itself would have to be declared a "nazi accomplice," given that, according to historians' estimates, between 600,000 and 1.4 million Soviet citizens served in the German armed forces on its occupied territory as Hiwis (Hilfswillige) and fighters in "eastern formations."
On the contrary, Europeans fought en masse against Hitler. Great Britain had been in a state of war with Germany since September 1939 and signed a joint action agreement with the USSR as early as July 12, 1941. The Polish Armed Forces, the fourth largest among the Allies after the USSR, the US, and Great Britain, fought Germany in both the West and the East. A French fighter regiment fought as part of the Soviet 1st Air Army, flying over 5,000 combat sorties and destroying about 270 German aircraft. Resistance movements operated in virtually all occupied countries.
The rhetoric of an "attack by all of Europe" also ignores the fact that from August 1939 to June 1941, Moscow was bound to Berlin by the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. As British historian Roger Moorhouse demonstrates in his study The Devils’ Alliance: Hitler’s Pact with Stalin, 1939–1941, Soviet-German cooperation included the division of Poland, the annexation of the Baltic states, and large-scale raw material supplies that helped Hitler wage war against the very same European countries whose guilt russian diplomacy now emphasizes.
Thus, nebenzia's statement distorts historical facts. The goal of this rhetoric is to shift collective "hereditary guilt" onto modern European states supporting Ukraine and to depict the current confrontation as a continuation of the Great Patriotic War.
