Shameful fake about the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany

Kremlin propaganda, Annalena Baerbock, German Foreign Ministry, russian fake

"Baerbock uses the intimate services of an African", "An escort from Africa told about "unforgettable" meetings with a minister from Germany", "A gigolo for Baerbock: an African man told about intimate meetings with a politician", - such headlines abound in pro-kremlin media resources. At the same time, they all refer to the "primary source" - an interview with a certain "Kingsley", published in the text version of the website of the Nigerian publication Daily Post.

IN FACT, as Deutsche Welle writes (), the text of the mentioned interview was marked in the newspaper as advertising. (Strange, to say the least, editorial policy). In it, "Kingsley" tells how he allegedly spent time with Annalena Baerbock during her visits to Africa, receiving 3,500 euros a night.
In the German segment of the Internet, similar news appeared on the website "Zeitgeschenen.de", whose name differs from the actual news portal by only one letter. Then it was spread by pro-russian mass media. And no one was upset that the text in "Zeitgeschenen.de" has many grammatical errors. But this did not prevent disinformers from spreading a spicy fake about the head of the German Foreign Ministry. Among them is the Irishman Shay Bowes, who has about 135,000 followers on his X-account and (according to independent sources) already works for the russian media holding RT. His link to "Kingsley" on the X network was retweeted more than half a million times. German social networks and satirical channels also picked up the topic.
The German portal Mimikama.org (which specializes in exposing fakes), as well as ZDF journalists, concluded that this time too, by all indications, it is a fabrication of russian propagandists. "As a rule, new sites are used with names reminiscent of real news portals, the traces of which always lead to russia," explains ZDF. - And the published fakes are then quickly picked up by pro-russian accounts in social networks and spread massively."
The purpose of this campaign is to discredit Baerbock and the entire German government, which is clearly on the side of Ukraine. The German Foreign Ministry also stated: "The pro-russian disinformation portal "Zeitgeschenen.de" is spreading a false and completely absurd story."
