Russian propaganda, Olena Zelenska, russia today, Bugatti Tourbillon
The russian mass media came up with such a clickbait headline a few days ago. In fact, all news reports refer to the French publication Vérité Сachée. However, as it turned out, the publication Vérité Сachée does not exist at all, and the site was created specifically to throw in this fake (according to Whois information, the domain of the site was registered only on June 22, 2024).
Truth: CNN journalists (https://edition.cnn.com/2024/07/02/europe/deepfake-video-zelensky-wife-intl-latam/index.html) analyzed the articles published there and came to the conclusion that all the news on it are generated by artificial intelligence (all but one — about Olena Zelenska).
In a video (https://x.com/aussiecossack/status/1807774973047758873) generated by artificial intelligence, a defunct employee of the Bugatti dealership in Paris claims that on June 7, Olena Zelenska purchased a new Bugatti Tourbillon model for 4.5 million euros (about 4 .8 million USD).
On Tuesday, Bugatti said it "strongly condemns this disinformation campaign". It's about how easy it is to create a viral fake about any VIP. Especially if it is the russian "Fake Factory".
