This is written by russian media, citing the statement of AmCham Executive Director Robert Agee. It is also claimed that American companies are supposedly preparing to return to the russian market. In fact, Robert Agee does not represent the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He heads American Chamber of Commerce in russia – a separate independent organization with headquarters in moscow, which lobbying the interests of American business that works or wants to work in russia.

AmCham russia is not a division of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, but only an affiliated structure – similar business associations exist in different countries of the world. Instead, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce itself supports sanctions policy against russia. In particular, it supports a bill in the US Congress aimed at protecting American companies from lawsuits in russian courts through compliance with sanctions. 
So, russian media manipulate, replacing the concept: the position of a separate business organization in russia is issued as the whole U.S. Chamber of Commerce to create the illusion of weakening sanctions pressure. 
russia desperately tries to create a picture that supposedly democratic world is tired of war (or rather in the interpretation of russians – from the opposition of Ukraine) and ready for “normalization” of relations with the kremlin authorities. The material shows shops, restaurants and “ordinary russians”, and also contains a conversation with a russian soldier who returned from the front. At the same time, the report does not contain the context of the war against Ukraine, repressions and censorship in russia. Separately, criticism was caused by the map, where Crimea was marked as part of russia, and Moldova – as part of Ukraine. Polish journalists note: this format creates a positive image of russia and can strengthen the kremlin narratives. It is also noted that foreign reporters in russia work under the control of the special services, and also receive “tariffs” for it. Objective independent reports without the consent of the russian authorities are actually impossible.
In addition, russia has launched a disinformation campaign in Poland to disrupt the charity event “Heat from Poland for Kyiv”. Within the framework of the action, the Poles collected more than 2 million euros for generators for Ukraine (through russian shelling Ukrainians face long-term power outages). 
russian botofarms massively published in the Polish segment of social networks fake that the generators transferred from Poland allegedly already sell on Ukrainian marketplaces. Masking under Polish users russian bots wrote about their "tire" from helping Ukraine, about the "ungratitude" of Ukrainians, about the "indifference" of Poles to Ukraine, etc." In this way, russia is trying to imitate in social networks the “majority thought” to influence the real moods of the local population.
Ukrainians are sincerely grateful to Poland and Poles for the solidarity and effective support provided to Ukraine since the first days of full-scale aggression of russia. The kremlin does not leave attempts to ignite artificial conflicts between the two countries, because the partnership of Ukraine and Poland puts a cross on the kremlin's imperial ambitions.
It is also worth noting that in order to promote its propaganda and to restore a positive image, russia makes great efforts through cultural projects. Among the stated performers are anna netrebko, alexandra dovgan, gregoriy sokolov, nikolay luganskiy and dmitriy maslev. Some of them performed before the russian occupiers and received awards personally from putin. Talk about "out-political" russian culture during the war and genocide of Ukrainians - at least cynically.
Meanwhile, in Italy openly works russian propaganda under the guise of “documentary film”. Screening of the film about the "bio-laboratory", the classic russian fake sample 2022 (many times refuted). The same, to which they justified the invasion, deportation and murder of Ukrainians. russia again pulls it to Europe – already through local sites, “alternative media”, loyal public and cultural figures. It’s not freedom of speech. This is an information sabotage.
