In particular, the Hungarian government accuses Ukrainian colleagues of deliberately blocking the oil pipeline through which Hungary received russian oil. On the Ukrainian side there were no signals in particular that "the resumption of oil supply to Hungary through the "Druzhba" oil pipeline was blocked for political reasons." The representatives of the Hungarian government say that Kyiv allegedly requires Budapest money and weapons for the resumption of the oil pipeline "Druzhba", through which Hungary receives russian oil. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban accused Ukraine of attempts to interfere in Hungary’s domestic policy, as well as Kyiv’s aspiration to drag Hungary into the war with russia. 
These statements of the Hungarian side have no real grounds under them. The “Druzhba” oil pipeline was disabled as a result of the russian missile strike. The possibility and time of repair depend solely on security conditions, because russia continues daily air terror. 
Ukraine does not interfere and has never intervened in Hungary’s domestic policy. The accusations of Ukraine of attempts to "pull" Hungary into the war are absurd. It was russia that unleashed the largest war in Europe since World War II, while Ukraine seeks to protect its sovereignty and just peace, as well as stability and guaranteed security on the continent.
Also on March 5, the Hungarian authorities took hostage of seven citizens of Ukraine, employees of Oshchadbank, who were carrying money and gold from Austria on absolutely legal grounds. Later, the Hungarian government adopted a resolution that actually legalizes these material values from the Oshchadbank collection cars. It is about €35 million, $40 million in cash and 9 gold bars of 1 kg. In Budapest, it said that the transportation of "unusually large amount" allegedly poses risks to national security. The seized property will remain under the control of Hungarian authorities for at least 60 days until the investigation continues. 
At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities and European bankers explain: after the beginning of a full-scale war, ground transportation of cash became common practice for Ukraine. In recent days, the Hungarian government has also been spreading unsubstantiated statements that these funds could allegedly be intended to finance the Hungarian opposition. But Budapest’s attempts to “legalize” post facto the withdrawal of Ukrainian property only confirm the illegality of Orban’s team’s actions. 
After the return of employees to Ukraine, it became known that Hungary grossly violated the European Convention on Human Rights and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. In particular, detainees were held in kaydans for 28 hours, transported all the time with blindfolded, deprived of communication means and the possibility to use advocacy protection. One of the detainees, who is a disabled person, medical care was provided only when he lost consciousness. 
All these actions of Hungary, as well as the withdrawal of the values and funds belonging to Ukraine, are unacceptable and can equate to the seizure of hostages and theft of property. A decisive reaction is needed at the EU level to Hungary’s state banditism. 
Anti-Ukrainian actions of Budapest are a component of the election campaign of the party of Viktor Orban "Fidesz", which does not dismiss any means. The only side to which such behavior of the official Budapest is profitable is russia, which seeks to weaken Ukraine and destabilize the EU for the sake of achieving its aggressive goals. The Hungarian prime minister has once again spoken out against Ukraine and put forward a list of demands to the European Union. His rhetoric is an attempt to weaken the EU and once again play the ‘political’ card of the kremlin's criminal partners. Let's analyse Orban's manipulations, i.e. Hungarian-russian manipulations.

Manipulation 1 is the creation of a Europe of nations.
In fact, Orban is trying to split the EU with the ‘new format’ of the union. His concept of a ‘Europe of nations’ is beneficial to the kremlin: when countries are divided, it is easier to impose foreign interests on them.
Manipulation 2 - equality before the law for all EU member states.
In fact, Orban personally systematically violates European principles and some laws: he restricts media freedom in his country, puts pressure on courts, public figures and opponents, but hides behind the slogan of ‘equality’ to avoid sanctions for his actions.
Manipulation 3 - restoration of powers illegally taken away from nations.
In fact, EU countries voluntarily transfer some of their powers for joint decisions. In this way, Orban wants to weaken European institutions so that they cannot counteract kremlin influence.
Manipulation 4 - national sovereignty and veto power for national governments.
In fact, Orban personally uses his veto power as blackmail - he blocks sanctions against russia and assistance to Ukraine. This is not about protecting sovereignty, but about sabotaging EU programmes adopted by the vast majority of members.
Manipulation 5 is to exclude Soros' agents from the European Commission and remove lobbyists from the European Parliament.
In fact, this is pure conspiracy theorising. Instead, Orban himself is regularly accused of embezzling European funds and having close ties to russian capital. In addition, he has recently put forward a new demand - to exclude from the sanctions lists some russian oligarchs who help to do business with russia.
Manipulation 6 is to eliminate the Union's debt so as not to mortgage the future of our grandchildren.
In fact, Hungary receives billions of euros from the EU. But as soon as it comes to helping Ukraine or restoring the economy, Orban blocks decisions.
Manipulation 7 is not to prevent the National Guard from defending the borders and expelling migrants.
In fact, Orban actively criticises migrants, but turns a blind eye to russian agents and businessmen who move freely across Europe, including through his country. This is a policy of fear, not security.
Manipulation 8 - Corrupt dollars and euros should not flow into member states.
In fact, Orban himself and his entourage are suspected of embezzling European funds. The EU, on the contrary, is stepping up its fight against corruption, which Orban is constantly caught in.
Manipulation 9 is to ban the unnatural re-education of our children.
In fact, this is a classic distraction. While Orbán talks about ‘protecting children’, Hungarian families are leaving the country in droves because of the economic problems created by his policies.
Manipulation 10 is to protect Europe's Christian heritage.
In fact, while russia is destroying hundreds of churches in Ukraine, Orban has never condemned these crimes. His ‘defence of values’ is just an empty slogan.
Manipulation 11 - Hungary demands peace in Europe.
In reality, Orban is promoting a ‘peace’ that is favourable to the kremlin, i.e. the capitulation of Ukraine and the weakening of the EU.
Manipulation 12 - EU without Ukraine.
In fact, Orban is blocking Ukrainian membership because he is being dictated to by his kremlin patrons. Ukraine has proven its commitment to European values much more than the Orban regime. The overwhelming majority of EU members supported the accession of Ukraine and Moldova to the Union. This is beneficial for both sides. The path of integration has already begun and there is no reversal mechanism.
Manipulation 13 is to return free access to russian energy resources.
Orban is constantly campaigning for Europe not to create artificial obstacles to the purchase of russian energy resources, as this has a bad impact on the economy of European countries. In fact, the purchase of russian oil and gas is a direct sponsorship of putin's terrorist military machine, which then uses the money to kill Ukrainians and its allies, as well as organise sabotage across Europe and conduct criminal cyber attacks on public and private facilities. 
Conclusions
The only source of threat to peace in Europe is russia, whose interests are systematically lobbied by official Budapest. Ukraine, as a victim of the brutal aggression of a furious neighbour, seeks a stable and just peace protected by security guarantees, while Budapest is actually offering to fulfil putin's conditions, encouraging him to continue his aggression against other European countries. All of the Hungarian prime minister's efforts are attempts to divert international attention from the real threats to Europe and to weaken support for Ukraine.
